Len JosonWhat do architects and website builders have in common? Well, here are some that I could think of. Architects are always concerned for two things: form and function. The architect is concerned and is always mindful of the aesthetic aspect of the design (form). He wants the building to not only be functional but is also beautiful. During my architectural student days at the University of Santo Tomas, Architecture was defined as "the art and science of buildings."

Nowadays, we do get to hear of new words coming up or coined together to express something new or something not done before. "Cybermissions" is one of those words. What does this new word mean? Well, as the famous missionary William Carey once wrote in his little book, we should use every possible "means" to reach out to peoples everywhere and fulfill the great commission. Last weekend, my family visited my mother-in-law. While there, my daughters were at it again. What did they do? Draw... and draw... and draw. Here's a video I made on that visit to their grandma.

Just yesterday, Veejay said she received her first "official commission." What she meant was that from now on, she will no longer paint, draw or do art work for free. A few weeks back, Jinjie was also asked by a web design company based in Canada to submit her resume because they wanted to hire her as a graphics web designer/artist. I told them she's still in high school and she does her digital arts for now just for fun. It will come in due time. I want her to finish her studies first. I am blessed with artist daughters. Thank you Lord!

After a year-and-a-half after my retirement, I was again asked last week to resume doing a web ministry work I used to do for some 8 years previously -- disseminating relevant information electronically to all our pastors and membership nationwide in the denomination I'm affiliated with.

And just yesterday, the first email I sent to all our pastors nationwide was a July letter from Dr. Joseph Tkach, president of Grace Communion International. It was about how sometimes, we cannot handle the truth that is introduced before us -- and we resist it.

It did not take long after I sent that letter and I received a response email expressing dismay at
